You can still change your mind after you have completed the order form.  

There is no commitment to purchase until you press the 'Buy Now' and have completed the payment with Paypal.

 

 

Returns Policy
 

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any unopened CD-ROM for a full refund.

Any defective or damaged CD-ROM will immediately be replaced.

Returns are easy, just send your CD-ROM back.  

 

IMPORTANT 

 

Please Email me first, to tell me that the package will be sent and why.  

As I might not be in Switzerland when you send it to me.

 

Be sure to indicate: 

The invoice number (the invoice is sent enclosed with the CD-ROM or a confirmation email is provided)  

The Email address and full name of the person who purchased this order.

Include the reason for the return, on a separate sheet of paper and send the package to the following address: -

Packing and Sending Your Return
 

Please clearly describe the defect, problem, or damage with the CD-ROM that has been opened and be sure to provide the invoice number (the invoice is sent enclosed with the CD-ROM or include a print out of the confirmation email) and the e-mail address, also the name of the person who purchased this order.

Make sure the CD-ROM is packaged well and protected securely.

For your own protection, we recommend that you only use Insured Post or courier for shipment.

Once received by Actuality PhotoDigital you will be notified via e-mail.

 

Your refund (applicable only for an unopened CD-ROM) will be in the same form of payment, originally used for the purchase, (within 7 to 10 business days) of the receipt of your return.  Please note that we only refund delivery costs if the return is the result of our error.



We will send the exchange within 7 working days (at most) for any defective, or damaged, opened CD-ROM.

We only process returns and refunds, for items purchased from Actuality PhotoDigital, by the purchaser.
