2. Purchase Price
The agreed purchase price is €8,800 plus delivery.
3. Payment Terms
Payment shall be made directly to the Artist by bank
transfer or credit card (via PayPal). A formal
invoice will be issued and must be paid in full prior to
production and delivery.
4. Production & Quality Control
The Artist retains full control over: printing colour
calibration materials finishing mounting packaging. This
ensures the artwork meets the Artist’s established quality
standards and matches the presentation used for all
collectors.
5. Delivery
Upon completion of production and receipt of full payment,
the artwork will be shipped to the Buyer’s designated
registered PayPal address.
The Buyers shipping method, insurance, and costs will be
agreed in writing prior to dispatch.
6. Import Duties, Taxes & Government Restrictions
All import duties, customs charges, VAT, local taxes,
or government restrictions applicable in the Buyer’s
country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. The
Artist cannot be held liable for any delays, additional
costs, or administrative requirements imposed by customs
authorities or government agencies in the Buyer’s
jurisdiction.
7. Documentation & Record Keeping
The Artist will provide all documentation required for
the Buyer’s business records, including: invoice
acquisition contract, certificate of authenticity,
provenance documentation, edition registry entry, proof of
payment.
8. Rights & Restrictions
The Buyer acquires the physical artwork and the right
to display it. All copyright and reproduction rights
remain with the Artist.
9. Acceptance of Terms and
Conditions
The Buyer confirms that they have read, understood,
and agree to the Artist’s full Terms and Conditions as
published on the Artist’s website. These Terms and
Conditions form an integral part of this Agreement and
apply to the purchase, documentation, provenance, edition
control, copyright, delivery, and any future resale of the
artwork.
10.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Zurich,
Switzerland.

To buy direct (without
any commission charges) please email John specifying: -
(1) The Size you would prefer (just
state the longest length, maximum 150cm).
(2) The picture Name and Number.
(3) The delivery Address, Postcode and Country.

obtain the delivered price, in Euros, without any
liability, see Provenance.

The
Basic Terms
From the date of confirmation of an order, delivery will
be as quick as possible.
The
Aluminum under Acrylic
glass picture will be packed
flat. The Canvas will be rolled. Please provide the
picture name and number, your delivery address and
indicate the size required with any inquiry, so that the
costs of delivery can then be calculated.
Any
import tax will be the buyer's liability (and is not
included in the price).
Any
picture purchased, is sold on the clear understanding,
that if it is not right for the purchaser (for
whatever reason) a full refund will be made on
the safe return in perfect condition (within two
weeks of the delivery). Only the return
cost of the delivery and insurance is not
included. Note: The picture is only to be
returned by the same form of delivery, in the original
special packaging (using all of the protective
materials) securely wrapped and
packaged. This right is restricted to just 2
individual works per buyer per year.
The
artist retains the copyright of the picture. No
reproduction (copying, distribution, leasing,
public disclosure, or other analogue, or digital use
is permitted by the purchaser) without prior
written consent.
You
may only sell the picture on, subject to these copyright
conditions.
